The fastest growing area for McDowall's in menswear is currently Mix and Match Suits, that is to say, interchangeable different size jackets and trousers which are available in a wide selection of patterns and several styles. Size scales ranging from chest sizes 36" to 60" and waist sizes 28" to 56" with short, regular and long fittings. These ranges are available from such famous makers as Daks, The Label, Berwin, Magee, Brook Taverner and Skopes. A large number of the fabrics are pure wool cloths which are not piece dyed but yarn and top dyed using traditional methods in order to guarantee consistency in matching. The option of mix and match allows a far greater number of people to buy a ready made suit "off-the-peg" at reasonable and value for money prices.

Personal Tailoring

In addition to the mix and match facility, we offer individually made suits which are computer designed with adjusted variations as required by our personal tailoring service. The great advantage of this method is the vast increase in choice of cloths and styles available - making your garment truly unique to you and still at a very competitive price starting from £550.00.

Hand Made Bespoke

We are, at this time, still producing hand made bespoke suits to Saville Row quality, hand cut and fitted on the premises with prices starting from £1500.00 for a two piece pure wool suit.
